01 / Full Planning
Let us relieve all your stress
What is to plan in full, a wedding with our Team? It’s for our clients to be taken through their wedding journey, with full-time wedding professionals overseeing and guiding every aspect of their event day or weekend from start to finish. With this service, you'll enjoy all the fun aspect of planning your stylish and publish worthy wedding, while avoiding the stress and anxiety that comes along the way. This service is ideal for the couple that has absolutely no idea where to start, or it’s just to busy with their life, and need destination wedding planning experts to take the lead.
We’ll start with the first, most important aspect, which is guiding you to find your wedding venue. We’ll handle with them, all the communications and negotiations, making sure you get the special consent’s you deserve.
Throughout the months that lead up to your wedding, our events projects are built through several planning sessions, where our Lead Planners will handle, all vendor coordinations and meetings, create and track your wedding budget, keep up with a custom timeline, manage and storage inventory purchases, and everything that involves give month to month steps, into bringing to life your wedding vision. One of our perks is providing you with access to our comprehensive event management process that helps us ensure that from the biggest tasks, down to the smallest details, we are on track and nothing is left behind!
Usually our clients have very specific requests, and as detail oriented people we are ourselves, we love to hear these, and keep track of their petitions; that can go from wanting to spend some blocked time alone with their mom during the getting ready, to making sure that grandma its well cared for during ceremony, to delivering a sparkling wine to the room of a VIP guest during the weekend.
Our Full Planing Service is the most comprehensive package we offer, so it’s important to note that the next 2 services listed bellow, are all included in the Full Planning.
02 / Design and Set up Lead

Almost every bride is excited about the way her big day will come together! So as a Design focused wedding firm, our work through this service, is to interpret, design, and execute your vision in a way that truly surpasses your expectations and its tailored and customized to you and your loved one.
We do this through the use of design boards that allow our couples, to navigate through the details of how each piece of the design puzzle fits together to create customized, cohesive, and stylish designs. As our Lead designer works with our clients to capture their vision on designs boards, they’ll feature things like: color palettes, plan floor layouts, inspiration pictures, textures, sketch’s, furniture proposals and floral vision, in a very specific way (Is there another way to do it?!).
Using this collaborative approach our team is able to clearly communicate the vision behind every detail–to, not only the client, but each of the design vendors, as well–ensuring that everyone involved is aligned, and that every detail is accounted for, and in order for the wedding day. This allows our brides to rest assured that everyone is on the same page and understands the vision for her big day.
Then, we are through the entire process of materialization of the design; committed to creating that unique environment, which takes your breath away, as well as your guests. Finally, we take care of disassembling the event at the end of it.
03 / Day Of Coordination
Let’s make your wedding come to life
You did the work, now it is time to sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor! Day Of Coordination is a perfect option and level of support if a couple want’s to plan the majority of their wedding, but need a professional wedding coordinator in the background to delegate the responsibilities of logistics and wedding coordination on the wedding day, for them to relax, enjoy, and be present on their event. This service officially begins about 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding, where we begin working closely together to familiarize ourselves with the plan and help you tie up any loose ends.
We’ll compile a list of your vendors, reach out to them to ensure all details have been accounted for, create your program and timeline, as well as the vendors, in order to be fully prepared to bring your vision to life on the day of your wedding!
This services includes two Lead Day of Coordinators on site to bring your perfect day. We’ll also bring additional helping hands to support the Lead Coordinators, depending on the scope of your wedding (additional fees will apply). Is the perfect addition, especially when you have a lot of moving logistics, specific momentum’s that must go perfectly, or multiple locations day-of, like a church ceremony, non-traditional venue or off-site photo session.
For instances, one of our Coordinators will make sure that hair and makeup timelines are going on as planned, that important family and bridal picture lists are taken, and that you are being pampered and attended through the day; while the other will receive vendors on site, have musicians in cue, cue bride, groom and wedding party, for special events (i.e. ceremony processional, grand entrance, first dances, etc) and so much more!. During reception the Team will make sure the wedding timeline goes smoothly and as planned, and turn down any ‘fires’, without the need of you getting worried, or distracted from your special day.
